Job Description
Our esteemed client, a distinguished figure in the industry, is presently in search of a Senior Workforce Software Consultant who possesses 5-7 years of relevant experience. The client is situated in Toronto and has offices spanning across Canada, from coast to coast. This role offers a combination of office-based and remote work, with 2 days per week allocated for remote work. Furthermore, there are 2 available positions for this role.
Your experience you bring will include:
· Work experience in Workforce software for more than 4 years with Configuration Specialist Certification (PT102), Interface Certification (PT103), and Report Specialist Certifications.
· Should be an expert in using Workforce Formula Language.
· Experience in working with complex system architectures involving SF and SAP.
· Thorough experience and expertise in working with complex integrations between WFS==SAP and SF==WFS.
· Good knowledge of Time Management and HCM processes.
· Should have worked in the Policy Editor and be able to manage configurations independently.
· Good understanding of the workforce system flow.
· Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at a global level.
· Hands-on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings, etc.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software (Knowledge of MuleSoft is an advantage).
· Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export.
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging.
