About the Position
We are seeking highly skilled Ironworkers with a passion for commercial projects to join our construction team in Vancouver. We welcome applications from apprentices and journeymen!
The key duties of this position include:
- Read blueprints and specifications to lay out work
- Offload, sort and prepare structural steel for erection
- Perform erection of structural, ornamental, and other miscellaneous metal work
- Perform reconstructive work on existing structures
The ideal candidate will have:
- Journeyman, apprentice, or unticketed ironworker with relevant experience
- Experience with commercial projects preferred
- Flexibility to work in town, out of town, as well as overtime when required
- Reliable and an excellent team player
If you do not reside in Vancouver and its surrounding area, you will be required to relocate (we offer relocation assistance). This is a local position – no fly in fly out.
