Who We Are:
Settle in Style is a fast-growing cleaning company providing high-quality residential, Airbnb, and light commercial cleaning services across Calgary. Our clients expect excellence, and we deliver — with sparkle, professionalism, and a little bit of personality.
We're building a team of reliable, friendly, detail-loving cleaners who know how to get the job done and hold a conversation without breaking into a cold sweat.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning homes, rentals, and offices until they shine like the top of the Chrysler building
- Making beds tighter than hotel staff (but no pressure, we’ll show you how)
- Tackling baseboards, behind-the-toilet zones, and other forgotten places
- Chatting with clients as needed — not a stand-up routine, just being polite and professional with a warm vibe
- Handling supply checks and giving heads-up if we’re running low (no one wants to run out of toilet cleaner mid-bowl)
What We’re Looking For:
- You must drive – teleportation isn’t on our benefits list (yet), so you’ll need a reliable vehicle
- You have some cleaning experience — whether professional or just being the Monica Geller of your friend group
- You're bubbly, friendly, and comfortable talking to clients — not in a car-sales way, but more like “Hi there! Just here to make your home sparkle”
- You’re reliable AF — because when you ghost a clean, it gets personal
- You’re detail-oriented — you’ll catch the crumbs behind the coffee maker and fluff that throw pillow like a pro
- You’re available on weekends — Airbnb turnovers don’t believe in rest days
- You're flexible with last-minute changes — in this industry, things shift all the time: bookings change, clients call in panics, and schedules get flipped like pancakes. We need someone who rolls with it.
- You must be able to provide and pass a criminal record check — we’re in people’s homes and businesses, so trust matters.
What You Can Expect:
- Start with casual hours — dip your toes in, learn our flow, impress us
- As you build confidence and clients love your work, you’ll get more hours and consistent cleans
- Summer is our busiest season, so we need someone who's in it for the long haul, not just here for the clean fling
- A flexible schedule, a supportive team, and work that actually makes a difference in people’s homes and lives
