Major Duties & Responsibilities:
· TIG\MIG
. Minimum 1 year experience in aluminum welding
· performs duties of their assigned area on a regular basis
· participates in the upkeep and maintenance of the Quality Control System
· ensures production performance data is recorded on Manufacturing Orders
· responsible for cleanliness of assigned work area
· help with the setup of job specific manufacturing orders
· communicates all maintenance problems to Lead Hands
· work in a safe manner, (training provided)
· ensure all safety equipment is functioning and is used
Education & Experience:
· Ability to work in a team environment with a minimum of supervision. Shares information with team members.
· receptive to change – can adapt to changing circumstances. Makes suggestions for improvement.
Ability to complete regular production documentation
