Job Overview
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast items according to established standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages.
- Clean and restock buffet items as needed throughout the service period.Skills
- Safe food handling certificate required
- Experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette when interacting with guests.
- Skills in cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
