Position Summary
Overlander Mountain Lodge is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Overlander Mountain Lodge and Jasper East Cabins. Located in the scenic Canadian Rockies, this role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations, completing daily financial reconciliations, and providing exceptional guest service during evening hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Balance room revenue, payments, and cash handling accurately
- Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports for management
- Check guests in and out during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor property activity and ensure guest safety overnight
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Ensure all systems are updated and ready for the next day’s operations
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts
- Basic accounting or cash-handling experience is an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using hotel management systems
- Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Genuine interest in hospitality and working in a natural, scenic environment
Additional Details
