Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Director of Executive Services and receiving functional direction from the Executive Coordinator, in keeping with Covenant Health’s Mission and Values, the Receptionist is an integral member of the Office of the CEO team and the first point of contact for the Covenant Office at One Twelve Campus North Tower. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and staff as they enter and exit the tower and will perform a variety of facility management functions including key and locker management, managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, being the key contact for the Building Management company and site workorder system and reporting on and auditing building access. The Receptionist is the key point of contact for all non-emergent maintenance requests, reviewing and determining which ones to implement, and arranging for completion; manages meeting room bookings for first floor staff and provides IT support for meeting spaces. This position is non-unionized.

Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of high school diploma or recognized equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel and Word. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience. Excellent listening and comprehension skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently within timelines and with frequent interruptions. Experience managing SharePoint sites, including creating pages, modifying access and updating and adding content. Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy of data and attention to detail while processing large volumes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of courses in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint. Post-secondary training in Office Administration. Experience using advanced features of Excel, such as pivot tables, V-Lookup, True/False, and Conditional Formatting. Experience using advanced features in Word, such as proper formatting for table-of-content generation, variable section formatting to incorporate landscape and portrait pages in one document. Experience editing pdfs and creating pdf forms.
