Sales Coordinator & Product Development Support
Role Overview
We are a women-owned, minority-owned Company supplying consumer products including stationery, hardware and packaging tapes, and mail/ship supplies — to major retailers across North America and globally. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator & Product Development Support to assist our sales team with product development initiatives amongst other tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is strong on Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), enjoys creating compelling sales materials, and can help bridge communication between Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain.
You will play a key role in ensuring our Sales Team is equipped with high-quality, accurate, and timely materials, while also supporting the development and launch of new products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Develop and maintain sales decks, presentations, and sell sheets for customer meetings
- Support the sales team with customer-specific presentations, proposals, and product information
- Ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with current product offerings
- Assist in preparing for line reviews, buyer meetings, and new business pitches
- Maintain and organize sales assets, templates, and documentation
Data & Reporting
- Use Excel to compile and analyze sales data, product performance, and customer insights
- Support the team with basic reporting and data organization for presentations
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across internal and external documents
Product Development Support
- Coordinate between Sales, Sourcing, and Supply Chain on new product initiatives
- Assist in creating product briefs, specs, and development trackers
- Support the development of packaging concepts, features, and positioning
- Help track timelines and follow up to ensure on-time execution of product launches
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact for sales-related requests and materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of product details, pricing, and timelines
- Help manage ad hoc projects related to sales growth and product initiatives

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (York District)
