About the Role
POMM is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Renovation Technician to support our growing property management team. If you're a reliable problem solver with strong handyman or carpentry experience, this role offers steady work, independence, and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
· Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties
· Complete unit turnovers and renovation projects (small to large scale)
· Troubleshoot and complete tenant repair requests
· Handle carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing, and general handyman duties
· Work professionally in both occupied and vacant units
· Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
· Experience in general maintenance, renovations, or handyman work
· Carpentry skills are a strong asset
· Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
· Reliable vehicle for travel between properties
· Own set of basic tools
· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
· Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying, etc.)
