Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care and customer service, providing clients with exceptional manicure services in a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional setting while helping clients look and feel their best. **Please note that the pay is by commission + flat rate (rent) and not by the hour.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, gel x, biab and nail art.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization to ensure client safety.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for each client.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies for efficient service delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
