Det’on Cho We Le Dai LP operating as Keskorie Boarding Home is 100% owned by the Yellowknives Dene First Nation. Our Keskorie Boarding Home is cultural oriented with a friendly work environment that houses people from all over the Territory.
What you will do
Reporting to the General Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is a key team member of the Keskorie Boarding Home who will be instrumental in providing a warm welcome ensuring seamless transitions for our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of Indigenous clients by providing culturally sensitive support and assistance throughout their stay. This is a perfect position if you are keen on customer service with a passion for ensuring inclusive care for individuals. Rotational scheduled shift hours will include 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, for a 40 hour work week.
What You Bring

Knowledge of MS Office Suite and data entry experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Experience in customer service.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities to facilitate smooth transitions and movements within the facility.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and conducting welfare checks.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members from different departments to meet clients' needs effectively.

Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.

Must have a valid First Aid/CPR Certificate or willing to take training immediately.

WHMIS Certificate.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to build relationships and establish trust.

Ability to follow company processes, policies and procedures.
