Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students through zoom calls, answer questions about our programs and services, and help guide students through the enrollment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales, student recruitment, or customer relations. No previous sales experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students
- Build rapport with students and understand their educational goals
- Explain programs, services, and enrollment opportunities clearly and professionally
- Answer questions and provide accurate information to prospective students
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Keep detailed records of student interactions and progress
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the enrollment process
- Collaborate with team members to improve student engagement and enrollment outcomes
Qualifications
- No previous sales experience required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
