Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at our Marina. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the mechanics in the shop and on the water
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and supplies
- Perform general site cleanup
- Help with cleaning boats
- Help with Delivering boats by land "truck" and water
- Help with small maintenance jobs around the marina
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Boating experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
