Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position is essential in upholding our high standards of hygiene and presentation, particularly in settings such as hotels, hospitals, or other hospitality environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust and debris.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain health and safety standards.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial services, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in commercial settings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timelines.
