Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment channels efficiently. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring process to meet organizational staffing needs.
Duties
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing HRIS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms like Lever and Greenhouse.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening through interviewing, cold calling, and research to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations initiatives related to onboarding, training & development, and retention strategies.
- Assist in employer branding efforts through social media outreach and participation in career fairs.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within human resources or sales environments is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate job offers and employment terms.
- Experience with HRIS platforms including HRIS systems like UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, or Workday.
- Demonstrated ability in sourcing techniques such as cold calling, research, lead generation, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
