- Provide professional recommendations on suitable treatments, products, and aftercare to optimize client satisfaction and results.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the clinic.
- Maintain detailed client records and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training.
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies.
- Work effectively both independently and in a team.

Requirements:
- Certification in Laser Therapy
- Proven experience in a luxury spa or high-end wellness facility, preferably with expertise in various laser and skin treatments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for clients.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of different treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
