Seamax Trading Ltd. is a Japanese food supplier that has been operating in Toronto for over ten years, supplying premium seafood ingredients to over 500 restaurants and supermarkets throughout the year. We are currently looking for an energetic person to join our administrative team in order to meet our growing demand.
Position: Office Administrative Assistant
Number of Positions we are hiring: 3
Language Preference: English and Chinese (written and verbal-mandatory)
Duties:
- Interacting with customers to assist in coordinating and providing them necessary documentation including invoice, packing slip, estimates, and other applicable contracts.
- File and retrieve clients’ documents (invoice, packing slip, & estimates),records and sales reports
- Co-ordinating and liaise with warehouse team and addressing clients’ matters as applicable.
- Operate different computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, QuickBooks and other applications to perform and assist other departments on daily basis.
- Prepare and email different product inventory sheets along with pictures as required by our clients.
- Draft correspondence and making sure all the clients’ inquiries have been forwarded to the relevant contact person.
- Create and track attendance records of warehouse team and submit reports to the manager
- Create, coordinate and maintain vendors’ record and co-ordinates with warehouse team whenever a new shipment is received.
Requirements: Secondary Education completion required and a college certificate/diploma is preferred.
Working Days: 5.5 day (0.5 day from weekend)
