Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machinist/programmer Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various machines and knowledge of light machining work, drilling, measuring, boring. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with CNC equipment, and experience in manufacturing environments.
Duties
- Main skillset is to setup and run cnc machines both mill and lathe, write or change mastercam programs. Strong experience needed
- Be able to setup and run Mastercam programs on the aftenoon shift
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to inspect parts for accuracy and quality control.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to assemble components accurately.
- Operate forklifts safely
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery including CNC programming tasks; assist with machine changeovers and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controllers, PLC systems, SolidWorks, CAD software, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
