Business Development Representative
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You'll be the engine behind our pipeline - identifying the right companies, picking up the phone, and creating the opportunities that our senior BD team converts into deals.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls daily to large commercial fleet operators - including last-mile delivery, field service (HVAC, telecom, utilities), and trade & contractor fleets
- Research companies and identify key decision-makers before you call
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the senior BD team
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists in HubSpot
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data so the team can move fast
- Work closely with sales leadership to align on target accounts and priorities
- Continuously sharpen your approach based on results and feedback
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or lead generation
- Comfortable on the phone - this is a high-call-volume role
- Strong research skills (LinkedIn, Google, company websites, industry directories)
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
- High attention to detail - clean data and accurate handoffs matter
- Self-starter who manages volume without sacrificing quality
- Experience in fleet, automotive, or industrial markets is a big plus
- Competitive, coachable, and ready to grow

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
