Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
Staffmax is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients in the Oak Bluff area. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and administrative support.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and order information in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotes, process requests, and assist customers with general inquiries.
- Support sales and operations teams by coordinating information, documentation, and customer communications.
- Maintain customer records and update internal databases and documentation.
- Assist with creating and improving office procedures, templates, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, inside sales, or a related office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Experience preparing quotations, processing customer requests, or supporting sales teams is considered an asset.
- Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
- Monday to Friday daytime schedule with no weekends.
- Two weeks of vacation plus an additional paid shutdown period between Christmas and New Year's.
