About Us
Team Headquarters (teamheadquarters.ca) is a division of Niko Apparel Systems, a Hamilton-based manufacturer specializing in custom team apparel, ecommerce team stores, in the surrounding area.
The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused, highly organized team member to manage customer orders and support our Shopify-based team stores. You will be the key link between customers, ecommerce, and production.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Service & Sales:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-store
· Provide quotes and process orders and payments
· Ecommerce (Shopify):
· Create and manage online team stores
· Upload and maintain product listings
· Monitor orders and ensure timely fulfillment
· Operations & Fulfillment:
· Coordinate with production teams
· Pick, pack, and ship orders
· Manage inventory and process returns
Qualifications
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Highly organized and able to multitask
· Shopify or ecommerce experience preferred
· Experience in apparel, retail, or team sports is an asset
