Terminal Manager
Summary
The appointment coordinator and customer service position is responsible for setting appointments, be able to multitask and take customer service inquires. Fluency in English and the ability to write professional emails are needed for this position.

Job Duties
- Set delivery appointments
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to the Operations
- Handle customer queries
- Adhere to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English
- At least 40 WPM
- College program in logistics or equivalent business related experience preferred
- Transportation industry knowledge and experience an asset (i.e. shipping/receiving, scheduling, freight negotiations and regulatory requirements)
- Experience with AS400 and or other TMS application are major assets
- Advanced computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Knowledge of the GVRD (Routing, traffic flow etc)
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Able to work well under pressure
- Flexible, able to deal with change

Working Conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
