Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, Mixing quality Alcoholic beverages, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires a professional with a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to food and Alcohol safety standards. The Bar Manager will be responsible for creating drink menu's , specials, organizing events for the bar training Staff , serving customers managing cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Create Drink Specials and Theme Nights
- Organize Events
- Operate POS systems s for order processing and cashiering
- Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Comply with all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in the food service industry
Skills
- Experience with POS systems.
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management to handle and train staff to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
