Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Technical Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the security and systems integration industry. This role combines sales support, technical coordination, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with experience or knowledge in CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and customer service.The successful candidate will support daily operations by assisting with quotations, proposals, project coordination, scheduling, customer communication, and administrative tasks while working closely with sales representatives, technicians, project managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and bid submissions for projects
- Support sales activities through customer follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and site visits
- Communicate with customers regarding CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, intercoms, and related security solutions
- Coordinate installation schedules, technician assignments, service calls, and project timelines
- Assist with order processing, inventory coordination, and material tracking
- Maintain accurate customer records, project documentation, service reports, and CRM data
- Perform general administrative duties including email correspondence, document preparation, filing, and reporting
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, technicians, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide basic technical support and product information to customers when required
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional services or system upgrades
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the security systems, administration, and technical security industry preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, structured cabling, or networking is considered an asset
- Experience with quotations, proposals, scheduling, customer service, or project coordination preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage administrative tasks while supporting sales and operations teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and general computer applications
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory for site visits.
- Technical Security experience in field is considered an asset.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
