Electronic Assembler
This position is an ideal opportunity for an someone who is interested in electronic assembly. The job involves both board assembly and the final assembly of a wide variety of electronic products.
Job Description:
Duties will include:
1. Working under the supervision of a Board Assembly team leader or final assembly team leader.
2. Circuit Board Assembly including:
- Preparing thru hole parts for assembly
- Assembling through hole parts onto circuit boards
- Hand soldering through hole components and Surface mount components
- Inspecting boards
- Operating AOI machines
3. Final Assembly of electronic products
- Installing electronic boards into enclosures
- Installing cables
- Applying labels
- Packaging assembled products
Qualifications:
- Experience in Through Hole and Surface Mount hand soldering
- Experience with product assembly
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to carry out fine assembly tasks
The following skills will be an asset.
- IPC-A-610 board inspection training
- IPC J-STD-001 training
- Experience with AOI
Training:
- On the job training for each project
- IPC A610 training
- IPC J-STD 001 training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:
