We are currently seeking a skilled Journeyman or 3rd–4th Year Apprentice Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes.

Shift Schedule
- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW (TIG) welding on various materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications
- Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Journeyman Welder Certification or minimum 3rd year apprenticeship
- Proven experience with FCAW and GMAW welding (GTAW/TIG preferred for Journeyman)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using shears and press brakes is considered an asset
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime (weekdays and/or weekends) as required

Adherence to this requirement is mandatory for employment in this role.
Pay: $36.90-$41.00 per hour
