SUMMARY OF POSITION
Powder Coater (Day Shift)
Number of hires needed: 1-2
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing parts for coating
- Setting up wash bays
- Adhering to washing standards
- Setting up powder station
- Evenly coating products to standard
- Curing products
- And other powder related work
Allied will be offering full benefits after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, and a starting wage of $25-$28 per hour depending on experience level.
This role may potentially transition to a night shift position (M-F, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM), with an additional $1.50/hour wage premium at that time.
Ideal Candidates will Have:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong powder coating application skills (1 year required)
- Experience masking products for powder
- Able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills
- A positive attitude and work ethic
