What You’ll Do:
As a Document Control, you’ll play a critical role in organizing and maintaining key project documents. You’ll:
- Maintain the Project Document Library and ensure all documentation—from purchase orders to general assembly drawings—is accurate and up-to-date.
- Submit documents via portals to global recipients and track deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team internally and externally.
- Communicate with vendors and engineering firms to address feedback and revisions.
- Streamline processes by creating templates and transposing information.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in document control, administrative support, or similar roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable with document management software (Coreworx experience is a plus—training provided).
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Adaptable and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
The following education, training, or equivalent experience would be considered an asset:
Experience in Document Control, Records Management, Project Administration, Engineering Administration, Administrative Support, or a similar role.
Or,
Completion of, or enrollment in, a related program from MacEwan University, NAIT, or a similar post-secondary institution.
Relevant programs may include:
· MacEwan University – Library and Information Technology Diploma
· MacEwan University – Office Assistant Certificate
· NAIT – Business Intelligence and Information Management Certificate
· NAIT – Quality Management Certificate
· NAIT – Project Management courses or certificate programs
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and practical experience will also be considered.
Candidates with experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, engineering, construction, or project-based environments are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
