Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Assist with planting, mulching, and garden bed maintenance
- Install and maintain landscape features (sod, shrubs, small trees, etc.)
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and crew leaders
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites and company vehicles
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required – willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
