Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant serving experience (pub or nightclub experience alone is not sufficient).
- Bartending experience is considered a strong asset.
- ProServe certification
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails is an asset.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
Availability
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays as needed.
- Hours are based on business needs.
- Additional shifts and increased hours will be available based on performance, reliability, and business needs, with greater opportunities during the busy fall and winter seasons.
