As part of our Events & Activation crew , you will be a crucial part of our live execution team. While you'll spend some time in the studio prepping and testing, the majority of this role takes place in the field, on-site at (often super fun) live events.
You’ll dive into a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including:
Live Event Execution: Assist with the on-site setup, operation, and strike (tear-down) of installations.
On-Site Troubleshooting: Keep the magic running smoothly during live activations, managing tech glitches calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Studio & Logistics Prep: Work with the team in the studio to test gear, pack kits, and organize logistics before we head out to the venue.
Guest & Client Interaction: Occasionally act as a friendly, professional face of the activation, helping guests interact with the tech and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
About You
You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you do need to be tech-curious, highly resourceful, and ready to move. Ideally, you are:
Experience in photography, event production, digital design, computer science, or a related field. Customer service experience an asset.
A natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn't sweat the unexpected during a live event.
Comfortable with hardware and tech setup, you aren't afraid of cables, cameras, basic networking, or learning how to troubleshoot proprietary software on the fly.
Flexible with your schedule, because we do live events, availability for evenings and weekends is a must.
A great communicator, with excellent customer service skills who works well in a small team and independently.
