Harris Holdings Ltd. is currently hiring for a Corporate Concierge. This position will be the friendly face and primary point of contact to our custom home construction and directional drilling construction company. They will provide a "white-glove" experience for our clients while acting as the operational engine that ensures our management staff can focus on their highest-priority work in a professional, supportive, and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-of-House Ambassadorship
- Greet our clients, subcontractors, and visitors with a professional, poised, and welcoming attitude.
- Manage the "Arrival Experience," ensuring guests are checked in, given directions, escorted, offered refreshments seamlessly.
- Maintain a "showroom-ready" office environment; conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure common areas, lounges, and conference rooms are immaculate.
- Arrange day to day office events such as package delivery, meeting room scheduling, organizing catering needs, and vendor coordination.
- Manage phones, emails, calendars, mail, and administrative tasks with high standards of professionalism
- Manage office inventory and vendor relations (coffee services, office supplies etc.)
- Anticipate the needs of the team by managing meeting room transitions—ensuring tech is ready, catering is set, and spaces are reset immediately afterward.
2. Office Operations & Administrative Support
- Inbox Triage: Monitor and manage the general company email alias, responding to inquiries, filtering spam, and escalating urgent matters to the appropriate department.
- Logistics & Mail: Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, including international shipping, courier coordination, and ensuring the delivery and supplies room remains organized and stocked.
- Liaison to Staff and Executive Assistant tasks: Serve as coordinator for the team, arranging reservations, meal orders, transportation and hotels.
- Maintain office equipment and inventory with the support of our IT team and other vendor resources.
3. Financial & Bookkeeping Support
- Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as coding office-related expenses.
- Maintain and reconcile a petty cash fund or corporate card for office sundries and client hospitality.
- Manage relationships with office vendors, ensuring billing is accurate and payments are tracked.

Skills & Previous Experience
- Experience in a client-facing roles (Hospitality, Aviation, or Corporate Services)
- Experience in Office Management, Administrative Support, or a dual Hospitality/Operations role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Adobe, Excel, Adobe, etc.
