We’re Hiring Skilled & General Laborers!
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our crew full-time. Whether you have experience or are looking to build your skills, we offer opportunities to grow in the heavy construction industry.
What You’ll Do:
· Lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and navigate construction sites.
· Keep job sites safe and clean by organizing materials properly.
· Secure tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
· Perform general maintenance and cleaning of construction equipment and vehicles.
· Operate light-duty vehicles such as pickup trucks, zoom booms, and skid steers as needed.
· Support other workers as assigned by supervisors.
What We’re Looking For:
· Some experience in construction
· Ability to meet physical demands—standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads.
· A commitment to safety, always.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
