Naturopathic Doctor (ND) – R3 Physiotherapy & Wellness | Oakville
R3 Physiotherapy & Wellness is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and patient-focused Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Oakville.
Our clinic operates within a busy Pain Clinic alongside three medical doctors, providing strong internal referral opportunities and a consistent flow of patients. In addition, we are conveniently located next to a pharmacy, allowing clients easy access to recommended supplements and supporting continuity of care.
We are a fast-paced, collaborative wellness environment serving a diverse patient population. Due to growing demand, we are looking for a friendly, energetic, and driven practitioner to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ND looking to grow within a supportive clinic with strong patient demand and referral potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing care with a strong focus on patient experience and retention
- Confidently review and interpret lab work, including blood tests
- Prescribe and manage supplement protocols
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Areas of Focus / Expertise:
- Women’s health (including hormones, menopause, and fertility)
- Men’s health and aging
- Thyroid health
- Weight management and metabolism
- Digestive health
- Hormone therapy
- Infusion therapy
Qualifications:
- Registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in consultations, treatment planning, and patient education
- Strong focus on customer service and patient-centered care
- Knowledge of sanitation and clinic best practices
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and client management
Schedule & Availability:
We are seeking part-time availability across the following clinic hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
