Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of gas compression equipment and systems. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and technical expertise to ensure optimal operation of gas compression and infrastructure. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount.
Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on gas compression, including compressors, pumps, motors, and engines
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Conduct welding, engine and compressor, and low voltage electrical work as needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using analysis skills to minimize downtime
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain detailed manufacturing records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and CMMS software
- Experience with welding, natural gas engines, natural gas compression, and low voltage electrical work is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Ability to read technical schematics and perform analysis for problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols at all times

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour
