Join the BEE TEAM! ~ A collective of local Freelance Cleaners. We are seeking a new team member, a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining services in various local Oceanside homes. We look for applicants with enthusiasm, great time management, organization, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Many of our clients are seniors so a great rapport with people is necessary and fluency in English is essential. Contractors usually work in teams of 2 - but some jobs are smaller for a single Tech. We perform cleaning tasks for residents on a regular recurring basis so you and clients get you know each other. * Personal safety is a must and we only use the best Top-Quality equipment and low-odour Environmentally Friendly cleansers. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain organized storage of your supplies and equipment
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients
- Manage time efficiently to complete all jobs & tasks within your schedule
- Provide excellent customer service and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience is welcomed, but we will mentor reliable candidates with enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to help clients who need us!
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior hospitality cleaning, or customer service experience is beneficial
Job Types: Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $22.50-$30.00 per hour
