Nut & Bolt is seeking a full-time Inside Sales associate to join our team! This is a comprehensive, sales/warehouse role in our small but mighty branch in Wetaskiwin.
We offer a collaborative work environment, steady hands-on tasks, and the opportunity to be part of a hardworking team. The successful candidate will assist in all areas of the warehouse and inside sales.
Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment
- NO WEEKENDS! Our store hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Moderate computer use, prolonged hours standing, repetitive movements
- Consistent lifting of materials up to 50lbs
Inside Sales
· Provide customer service and process sales; count cash and balance at day-end
· Assist with returns or exchanges, special orders, etc.
· Maintain current knowledge of all products
· Operate a computerized inventory system
· Respond to customer inquiries; maintain good customer relations
Shipping/ Receiving
· Accurately perform all aspects of order picking
· Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with other equipment including forklift
· Help assemble orders and wrap skids
· Check and pack courier and customer pick up orders
· Arrange delivery and prepare shipping documents and invoices for carriers/couriers
· Accurate completion of incoming/outgoing paperwork
· Inspect and count items received; check against packing slips/worksheets; record discrepancies; reject damaged goods; accurately add stock to inventory system; complete adjustments
· Assist with bin locating of received stock
· Assist with maintaining warehouse
Working Conditions

Qualifications
· Knowledge of fasteners, hydraulic hoses + fittings, and belts are an asset
· Valid Class 5 Driver's license is an asset
· Demonstrated excellence in customer service
· Experience working in a warehouse environment; understanding of shipping and receiving processes preferred
· High attention to detail; organized and self-directed
· Intermediate computer skills
· Able to work under pressure with tight timelines
