Job Summary:
Temple Dental Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing practice. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, works well in a collaborative environment, and is committed to maintaining high clinical standards.

Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Minimum one Saturday per month required
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental treatment
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
- Perform instrument sterilization and maintain infection prevention and control standards
- Monitor and maintain clinical supplies and inventory
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient
- Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented workplace culture
Requirements:
Applicants must have:
- A valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Alberta and be in good standing with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants (CADA)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
- A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
- Strong understanding of insurance and treatment coordination processes
- 2 to 3 years of experience with Dentrix software
