- Job duties:
- Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning on the ground and from ladders or lifts.
- Carrying out snow removal duties in the winter.
- Communicating respectfully and effectively with co-workers, customers, and building managers.
- Completing paperwork at the beginning of each job.
- Inspecting and maintaining personal gear.
- Ensuring that the work area is always neat and tidy
- Ensuring the use of control zones.
- Participating in operations and safety meetings.
- Terms of employment: Permanent and Full-Time

- Wage: CA $28.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

- Skills requirements:
- SPRAT or IRATA certification is preferred
- Impeccable customer service skills

- Ability to work in a high-volume, high-paced environment
- Ability to follow safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work at heights of 40 feet or more
- Required education: Completion of secondary school is preferred but not required.
- Required work experience: 1+ year ofprevious window cleaning, pressure washing, work at height experience
