The Role
We are looking for a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who wants to do their best clinical work without the administrative burden that weighs down most practices. At CARESPACE, you will carry a full caseload of motivated clients, collaborate daily with practitioners across disciplines, and operate in a space designed to make you great at your job.
This is not a model where insurance dictates your treatment plans or paperwork eats your afternoons. You set the clinical direction. We handle everything else.
What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive naturopathic intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Apply naturopathic therapies including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, acupuncture, homeopathy, and lifestyle counselling
- Order and interpret functional and conventional laboratory testing as appropriate
- Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, dietitians, and other CARESPACE practitioners on integrated care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our practice management system
- Participate in team rounds and internal referral discussions
