We are currently hiring Early Childhood Educator Assistants to support our childcare centre clients across Vancouver.
About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will support Early Childhood Educators in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for young children. You will help with daily classroom activities, supervision, routines, play-based learning, and maintaining a clean and welcoming childcare space.
Key Responsibilities

Support Early Childhood Educators with daily classroom activities and routines

Help supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being
-
Assist with play-based learning, group activities, and transitions
-
Support children with meals, hygiene, rest time, and outdoor play
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe childcare environment
-
Communicate professionally with staff, children, and families
-
Follow centre policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety procedures
Requirements
Applicants must have:

Valid Early Childhood Educator Assistant certification
-
At least 1 year of work experience in childcare or early childhood education
-
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
-
Vulnerable sector check completed within the last 6 months

Immunization records, including:

Doctor's note confirming you are fit to work

Tdap

MMR

Varicella
-
Hepatitis B

TB test
