ResponsibilitiesGeneral Labourers
- Assist with construction, restoration, demolition, and site preparation activities
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support skilled trades personnel as required
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skilled Trades Professionals
- Perform work related to your trade specialization
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades
- Mentor apprentices and junior workers when applicable
Qualifications
- Previous construction or restoration experience considered an asset
- Experience in skilled trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, framing, finishing, masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields is highly valued
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Working at Heights certification is an asset

Travel Requirements
Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Niagara Region, Ottawa, Muskoka, and Parry Sound. Travel accommodations may be provided for certain out-of-town projects.
