Overview:
Stef's Painting is seeking a motivated painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude that contributes to the team morale
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and caulking
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Perform touch-ups or repairs as needed
- Work on both interior and exterior projects
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Valid drivers license & full-time access to a vehicle
- Ability to work with various tools including brushes, rollers, sprayers
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
