Position Overview
Focused Industrial Group, in partnership with Royal LePage Commercial, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to develop business and execute industrial leasing and sales transactions within an assigned territory.
The role is suited for a motivated, relationship-driven professional capable of building market presence, generating opportunities, advising clients, and managing transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate new business through proactive client outreach, networking, and market intelligence
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing strategic advisory services
- Lead leasing and sale transactions from initial engagement through negotiation and closing
- Prepare and oversee offering contracts, proposals, and marketing materials
- Coordinate property tours, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and transactions within CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with all brokerage, regulatory, and reporting requirements, including Deal Sheets, FINTRAC, and RECBC documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and brokerage leadership to support platform growth and market coverage
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, or investment sales
- Proven track record in business development and transaction execution
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships concurrently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a disciplined, professional approach
- Valid British Columbia real estate license in good standing
