Position Overview
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our shop team as a Stair Builder. This is a hands-on position involving the construction and assembly of custom stair components. No stair-building experience is required—we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Read and follow cut lists, drawings, and shop instructions
- Prepare materials for production and assembly
- Assist with loading, packaging, and organizing completed orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with the team to meet production schedules
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift and move materials throughout the day
- Comfortable working with tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, or construction experience is an asset but not required
