We're looking for experienced carpenters who take pride in doing things the right way—not the easy way.
What You'll Do
- Build custom homes and complex renovations from the ground up.
- Perform everything from structural framing to detailed finish carpentry.
- Install custom architectural features and collaborate with our in-house millwork team.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Help maintain clean, organized and safe job sites.
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience.
- Experience building custom homes or major renovations.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building practices.
- Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship.
- Reliable, professional and solutions-focused.
- A team player who values communication and accountability.
