We are seeking talented and passionate Lash Artists or Massage Therapists to join our wellness and beauty team. Initially, you will be renting a room or cosharing. You may make as much income as you wish. Sky is the limit as our location is in a very busy business -savvy area.
Responsibilities
- Perform lash extension applications or massage therapy sessions with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in compliance with health standards
- Educate clients on aftercare instructions and product recommendations when applicable
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lash Artist or Massage Therapist preferred; certification or licensing required where applicable
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to beauty or wellness treatments is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address client questions or concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with a professional attitude and appearance
