Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Duties
- Engage in marketing efforts to reach out to prospects and generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the medical, insurance and/or legal environments.
- Background in professional (insurance, legal) or clinical services is an asset
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- A background in marketing is advantageous but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
