The Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing, relationship-driven sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Lubricants Sales Representative. Based in Woodstock, you’ll be responsible for expanding our footprint across Southwestern Ontario by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development (Primary Focus):
- Identify and pursue new commercial lubricant opportunities across industrial, fleet, and construction sectors.
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed growth targets.
Account Management:
- Maintain and expand existing accounts through regular engagement, performance reviews, and proactive support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value and product penetration.
- Deliver exceptional service and technical support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within lubricants, industrial products, or automotive services.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Comfortable with a Monday–Friday schedule focused on in-person client engagement and field sales.
Skills & Tools
- Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Completion of formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie, Challenger, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline and account management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for quoting, margin analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
