Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in carpentry, plumbing, drywall/plaster/ painter, and electrical work for both commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in each of these areas and be able to successfully navigate a variety of projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building cabinets and furniture
Handle plumbing jobs including installing and repairing pipes and fixtures
Complete drywall plaster work to finish walls and ceilings/painting
Conduct electrical tasks such as wiring, electrical panel installation, and troubleshooting electrical issues
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, drywall plaster, and electrical work
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve on the job
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have own tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.28-$33.86 per hour

- Toronto, ON M4B 2V5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
